Your use of the Tornado Website and Booking App indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. If you have a disagreement with anything stated below, please do not schedule a pick up or use our drop off service.

Any information outlined in the statement below can be changed at any time without notice to the customer. Please read this terms and agreements before placing any orders with Tornado Laundromat. Any wrongful doing, damaged items or any agreements on terms with a customer are limited to a value of ($100.00).
Pickup & Delivery
Laundry and/or dry cleaning pickups must be scheduled in advance by the customer by phone our scheduling link that is attached to our web page on Tornadolaundromat.com with the correct address for the pick-up. Upon pick up request the customer is in agreement to be at the pick-up address at the specified time and pay the amount totaled for their pick up. The customer is also in agreement to meet the requirements for minimum price cost for the pick and delivery. If the pick-up cost is below that specified amount the customer agrees to pay the minimum cost fee associated with their service. If the customer misses the appointment, they are unavailable at the time of pick up or cancel the appointment the are in agreement to pay the minimum cost price of their service and delivery fee .By placing an order the customer understands the service cost and delivery cost they may be associated with their order.
Pricing
A minimum charge applies for wash & fold laundry of 10 pounds for drop off services.Tornado Laundromat reserves the right to change these prices without notification to the customer. All of the prices that may be associated with our services are listed on our web page. These prices are subject to change without notification to the customer and may be changed without immediate update to the web page.
Laundry Care
Tornado Laundromat will use their best judgement to bring to you the best quality and care to for your Laundry needs based on the item. However, Tornado Laundromat will not accept responsibility for items that were needing special care needs that was not specified at the time of drop or pick-up for a delivery.
Tornado Laundromat cannot be responsible for any wear and tear resulting from our wash & fold cleaning process on items. We always intend to take the best care possible of your laundry as if it’s our own but we can’t always prevent wear & tear on items due to their delicate nature such as sequins, care labels, buttons etc.,.
Items
Tornado Laundromat reserves the right to use their discretion to decide which items that contain, contaminants, chemicals or feces of any kind or bodily fluids whether or not they are safe enough or sanitary enough to be washed in our wash & fold program or self-service laundry in any machine at our facilities.
Lost/Misplaced/Stolen Items
In the event of missing items sent for wash & fold laundry or use of in house self-service laundry, Tornado Laundromat assumes no responsibility for loss of the items. We take great care to insure that wash & fold laundry and in house self-service laundry is under surveillance but does not guarantee the prevention lost or stolen items.
Communication
Tornado Laundromat reserves the right to contact the customer via telephone or email on information regarding their order.
Copyright and Ownership
All website content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are the property of, or duly licensed to, Tornado Laundromat. Consent is granted to use our material or information for purchases with Tornado Laundromat. We don’t not grant any permission for use of information or material outside of purchases with Tornado Laundromat. Use of materials on our website, including modification, distribution, or reproduction without out our consent is prohibited.
Use of Third-Party Service Providers
Tornado Laundromat reserves the right to utilize any vendor or outside service provider, for any service, in its sole discretion, without notice to the customer.
